Peter & Sons describes itself as an international studio founded in 2019, working from Barcelona and Yerevan under founder and commercial director Yann Bautista. Its site names Spinart Ltd as the company behind it.1,2,3

It grew through other people's networks. Early games went out through Relax Gaming's Silver Bullet and Yggdrasil's Masters programmes; SkillOnNet made a strategic investment in January 2023; Light & Wonder took on global distribution in November 2024. It now runs its own programme, FUSE, to host smaller studios on its platform.2,5,6

What they are known for

The draw is the art: hand-drawn characters, odd premises and story-led bonus rounds, which trade coverage describes as its signature. Recent releases push the ceilings up, with The Soapranos and Barbarossa: Beyond the Edge both listed at 30,000 times the stake.7,8,9

Licensing and compliance

The studio lists licences or approvals from the MGA (MGA/CRP/681/2019), the UK Gambling Commission, New Jersey, Ontario, Denmark, Sweden, Greece, Brazil, Italy, Germany, Buenos Aires City and Spain. We have not yet checked each against the regulators' registers.1
