How we score
Corrections

Every time we were wrong, in one place.

A score that never moves is a score nobody is checking. The record starts here, at first publication: every score below, and every change to it from now on — what moved, which way, and the source that forced it. Nothing is removed from this page, and nothing is softened after the fact.

0 revisions that raised a score after a source changed
90 days between re-reads of every source, whether or not anybody complains
What triggers one

Four things move a score. Three of them are evidence.

A source changes

Casino.guru revises a Safety Index, the Trustpilot distribution shifts, or a casino rewrites its withdrawal terms. The score is re-computed and the revision publishes with the new figure.

Moves the score Next: the formula re-computes, and the review carries the new figure with its date.
A claim turns out to be unverifiable

If we cannot confirm a licence, a term or a rail in a public source, the category that depended on it is marked down — and we say which one.

Moves the score Next: the affected category drops and the review names the claim we could not confirm.
We made an error

A wrong figure, a misread term, a source quoted out of date. It is corrected on the review, listed here, and the original value stays visible so you can see what it was.

Moves the score Next: the correction publishes here with the original value still readable.
An operator complains

They are welcome to point at a source. A complaint on its own changes nothing, and no review is edited before publication because somebody asked.

Moves nothing Next: nothing — unless they bring a source, in which case it becomes the first card.
Standing offer

Find a number we got wrong.

If you are a player

Tell us which figure, on which page, and where you saw something different — a withdrawal limit that changed, a game running at a return we have not listed. We will re-read the sources and publish what we find, including when it turns out we were right.

What counts as evidence
If you are an operator

The same door, the same terms. You can show us that a figure is wrong. You cannot have a correction made privately, a player report removed, or a revision published without its reason.

Our independence policy
The work

Scores that move are scores worth reading.

Every casino we have scored, with the formula and the sources attached to the verdict.
