Who they are

Spinomenal was founded in 2014 by Lior Shvartz, who still runs it, and operates from Valletta as SubTech Ltd. Alongside its own games it runs Retro Gaming for classic slots and an aggregation platform carrying more than 2,000 third-party games.1,3

It took a UK licence in 2022 and reached the United States in January 2025, entering New Jersey through Pariplay's Fusion platform; a BetRivers deal followed. In Italy its games run with GBO Group through Light & Wonder's platform.2,4,5,6

What they are known for

Spinomenal works in franchises. Demi Gods, its Greek-myth series, reached a sixth main entry, Demi Gods VI – Hold & Hit, in July 2025, alongside Majestic King, Wolf Fang and Lucky Jack. In 2022 it linked several of them into a 'Universe', a shared storyline across slots, which it described as an industry first.7,8

Licensing and compliance

The UK Gambling Commission lists SubTech Ltd under account 58210 with software and game-host licences since August 2022. Spinomenal also lists Greece (Hellenic Gaming Commission), Romania (ONJN) and an MGA recognition notice, with games tested by BMM Testlabs.2,1

Return to player

Spinomenal's own game pages load their figures by script and we could not read them. Third-party databases list some of its games at several returns; we have not confirmed those figures on an official sheet, so we do not repeat them here.
