Who Push Gaming is.

14 sources

Who they are

Push Gaming was founded in 2010 by James Marshall and Winston Lee, starting out by adapting land-based content for online play before moving to its own games. It works from London and Malta.1,2,3,6

In January 2020 it bought GSI to own its game server and aggregation layer. In 2023 LeoVegas Group, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts, took a majority stake; Push kept its own management and continues to supply LeoVegas's competitors.7,2

What they are known for

Push makes few games and builds each around one strong feature: Jammin' Jars' wandering multiplier jars on an 8×8 cluster grid, Razor Shark's mystery stacks, Big Bamboo's gamble wheel. Big Bamboo 2, released in March 2026, raised the ceiling to 75,000 times the stake. In 2025 it added PrizeFlex, a jackpot layer that sits outside any single game.8,9,10,11,12

Licensing and compliance

The UK Gambling Commission lists Push Gaming Holding Plc under account 54984, with licences since January 2020. Push holds MGA licence MGA/B2B/779/2020 and lists Romania, Ontario, Alberta, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Michigan and New Jersey; Gibraltar's B2B list includes Push (Gibraltar) Limited. It won Game Studio of the Year (small) at the 2023 Game Developer Awards.4,5,13,14

Return to player

Every official game page we read prints two returns, a high one and a lower one about two and a half points down (Jammin' Jars: 96.83% and 94.25%), and says the return varies by casino and is shown in the game. Check the loading screen before you play.8,9,10
