Its stated ambition is to become players' favourite slot developer, and its games are aimed at casino streamers as well as low and high rollers.1,4

It has grown through distributors rather than direct operator deals: SOFTSWISS's aggregator in 2022, then Hub88, QTech Games and LuckyStreak, among others. By April 2026 it had more than 75 slots.5,6,3

The features are built for watching: bonus buys, and Chance x2 and x3 options that raise the stake for a better shot at the bonus round. Recent titles on its homepage include 4 Lucky Nuggets, Wild Wild Duck, 3 Orbs of Zeus, Bushido Blood and Lokum Rush.1,7

The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register shows licence OGL/2024/190/0180, issued to PP Solutions N.V. on 7 March 2025, active, for popiplay.com. We found no licence from a European regulator such as the MGA or the UK Gambling Commission.2
