Endorphina was founded in 2012 and is known in the trade as a Prague-based studio; its licensed company, Endorphina Limited, is registered in Malta. It has more than 180 people, more than 200 slots and over 6,000 operator partners, and releases dozens of games a year.1,2,3

It was early to crypto themes: Satoshi's Secret, unveiled at a Bitcoin conference in Prague in 2015, was billed as the first bitcoin-themed slot. In 2023 it released Joker Ra, which it called the first online slot made with the help of AI.4,5

On its verified Trustpilot account, Endorphina says its returns are typically between 96% and 97% and are fixed in the game code, so neither it nor operators can change them. Its own 2026 Hit Slot is listed at 96.05%, and lower when the bonus is bought, which is a different thing from an operator choosing a version.10,11
