Who they are

BGaming made its official debut in 2018, when SOFTSWISS spun off its games department; the company says the team had been building that knowledge since 2012. It is now based in Valletta as Stable Games Ltd, develops in Poland and Georgia, employs more than 350 people and is run by chief executive Marina Ostrovtsova.^1,2,3

It started in crypto and Curaçao-licensed markets and has moved into regulated Europe one licence at a time: Malta in 2021, Romania in 2022, Sweden in 2025, plus Greece and Spain.^1,4

What they are known for

Provably fair games were part of the founding idea, and the company says its implementation is tested by iTechLabs and BMM Testlabs. The newer work borrows from mobile games rather than slot tradition: Merge Up (2023) merges matching symbols into higher ones across nine levels, and Aviamasters (2024) is a crash-style game in which the aim is a safe landing. Snoop Dogg Dollars (2024) was its first celebrity-branded slot.^1,5,6

Licensing and compliance

BGaming lists B2B licences in Malta (MGA/B2B/785/2020, issued 18 March 2021), Curaçao, Greece, Romania and Spain, and approvals for Brazil, Peru and Italy. Its about page still describes Sweden and Denmark as in progress; a Swedish licence was reported in August 2025. It names ISO/IEC 27001 for information security.^1,4
